ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
(Full Time)

Infinite Definite – Christchurch

We’re looking for a confident, style-led Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team at Infinite Definite. We’re a team of people who care about product, detail, styling, and experience, and we want the same from the people who work here. This is a fun, hands-on, high-energy position where you’ll be on the floor daily; driving sales, shaping customer experience, coaching the team in real time, and helping keep one of New Zealand’s most considered multi-brand retail spaces perform at its best.

The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running at a high level; commercially, visually, and culturally.

You’ll be:
* Leading from the shop floor
* Driving sales and conversion in real time
* Supporting the team to style and sell confidently
* Stepping into leadership when needed
* Keeping standards high across product, people, and presentation
