Easy Returns
For any returns relating to items purchased in our Christchurch Store please refer to "In-store returns" in our Terms and Conditions below.
Any items purchased on sale at a discounted price or specially ordered in are not eligable for returns. All other standard returns policy terms and conditions apply.
Exchange
Online exchanges at Inf Def are made easy in two steps: Return and Exchange
1) Fill out the returns form below and send your item back to us with the box ticked "Exchange" & let us know what you would like to exchange for in the box provided
2) Once you've logged your return with us, pack it up (including your proof of purchase and original tags, etc) and post it back to us at the address provided.

Please note:
- If the item you wish to exchange has a difference in value from the item you are returning, you will have to pay the difference. If the item is lower in value we will issue you a gift card for the difference.
- A shipping fee will be charged for the exchanged item and must be paid before we dispatch the exchanged size/style. This will be emailed as an invoice which can be paid online.
- We cannot send out exchange items until the original item has been received and checked over by our staff to ensure it is returned in acceptable condition for exchange and until the Shipping fee has been paid.
Return
Repair
Repair is a radical act. Most of our items can are easily repaired so if your item has been damaged, don't throw it out, we'll help you to get it repaired properly. Fire us an email at online@infinitedefinite.com with the details of your damaged item and we will help get you in touch with our sweet network of repair services that we regularly work with to get the best solution for you!

Terms & Conditions
In-Store Returns:
Returns must be made within 7 days of your in store purchase.
Items must be returned in brand new/unworn condition with tags attached.
We will happily accept the return of items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the correct size if available. Alternatively if the correct size is not available we will provide you with a store credit that can be used at any time.
We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, skincare & fragrances, sale items, special orders (items ordered in specifically for you that were not in stock) or faulty items (anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier).
All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for refund or credit. This includes any discounts gained from promotional codes and or vouchers, in store and or online sales, flash sales or any other form of discount
Sorry no refunds on change of mind after purchasing in store.
Pre-Order Returns:
If you want to return an item you pre-ordered online and have since received, please email us first so we can confirm the return before you send anything back.
Pre-Order returns must be sent back with tracking, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in brand new/unworn condition with tags attached.
We will do our best to find you a suitable alternative size or other item or you can choose from a store credit or refund.
Sale & Faulty Products
Sale Items:
Sorry, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items either from purchases made in store or online.
Faulty Items:
If an item is faulty it will be sent to the supplier by us for inspection. Where required the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of the supplier.
Online Returns:
If you want to return your online purchase, please fill out a return form, either online or by printing one out. Let us know when you are returning an item by emailing online@infinitedefinite.com so we can log your return and help ensure it gets to us.
Returns must be sent back with tracking, within 7 days of the order being delivered to you.
Items must be returned in brand new/unworn condition with all tags and packaging attached. We cannot accept worn, washed or altered returns.
We will happily accept returns of items purchased online, for any reason including change of mind. You can choose from either an exchange, store credit or refund.
However we do not accept online returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, skincare & fragrances, sale or discounted items, special orders* (*items ordered in specifically for you that were not in stock) or faulty items (anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier).
Return of gifts. If you want to return a gift this will be issued as store credit. We cannot issue refunds for gifts.
Until an item is received back by us it is your responsibility so please use tracked shipping and ensure it is packaged correctly.
In the instance your full order is returned for a refund, and you received free shipping for your order, this will incur a $10 deduction fee for the complimentary shipping costs Infinite Definite incurred when sending your order.
All domestic non rural exchanges will require a $10 shipping fee which must be paid before we dispatch the exchanged size/style. Rural exchanges will require a $15 shipping fee. The shipping fee for International exchanges will vary and will be comunicated with you prior to exchange. Shipping fee's will be emailed as an invoice which can be paid online.
Once we have received your return it may take us a couple of days to process it, please bear with us and we'll be in touch as soon as we can!
