Six Barrel Soda Co. Ginger Ale Soda Syrup 500ml

Six Barrel Soda's ginger ale syrup is made from Pacific Organic ginger root from Fiji for spice and a full gingery flavour, a little black pepper for heat and fair trade organic cane sugar for a rich natural sweetness.

Hand-made in Wellington, New Zealand

How to use:
Six Barrel Soda syrups are made to be mixed with soda water. Any soda water works, you can use your own carbonator, bottled soda or sparkling water, a soda tap or soda gun.
Mix the syrups 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda water (usually 30mL syrup to 150mL soda water is good). You can make them stronger or weaker if you prefer too. Don't be afraid to get creative with fun garnish and toppings!

Kiwi Mule

Perfect to mix-up for summer drinks at your place or the bach, here’s the recipe for a refreshing ‘Kiwi Mule’.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Vodka
  • 30ml Six Barrel Soda Co. Ginger Ale Syrup
  • 1/4 fresh lime
  • Ice
  • Soda water (from your at-home sparkling water maker, or bottled)
  • Mint leaves
  • Kiwifruit

Method:
Grab a large tumbler glass, add mint leaves, then fill it with ice to the brim. Pour over the vodka and the Six Barrel Soda Co. Ginger Ale syrup. Squeeze over the fresh lime juice, then add the lime itself to the glass. Add soda water to fill the glass and stir. Garnish the glass with a kiwi-fruit slice (we like skin-on) and a mint sprig.

Rad stuff only.
