From white bread to the best rye you can find, here we are concentrating on both the outside and inside of this enigmatic, essential element of culinary basics. Surprisingly controversial, sandwiches are sometimes hard to pin down; they are often merely described as a dish where bread acts as a holder or wrapper for another food. For this collection, we’re focused on the old-school concept of a sandwich, a classic, portable, and convenient finger food: good stuff between bread.
