Penny Sage Collette Dress - Seersucker Stripe 

Long dress in a lightweight cotton seersucker. The dress has a soft v-neck and fastens through the front with shell buttons. The bodice is fitted through the waist and shaped with pleats both above and below the waistband. The sleeves are 3/4 length and have a pleat at the hem to create shaping. Features concealed side pockets for extra functionality.
