Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

Dispatch:

Orders before 11am will be dispatched on that day
Orders after 11am will be dispatched on the next working day

If you place an order on the weekend or public holiday we'll get it shipped to you on the next working day when we're back in the office.

If you require your package to be delivered urgently please get in touch and we'll do our best to get it to you on time. Please note that additional costs may apply.

 

New Zealand Orders

All non-rural orders over $99 within New Zealand qualify for free shipping.
All rural orders over $199 within New Zealand also qualify for free shipping.

All oversized items incur an extra charge of $20 for non-local shipping within NZ.

If you're unsure whether your address is rural or not, get in touch and we can check up with our couriers for you!

Our packages require signature on delivery, if you would like to organise for your package to be left without a signature please let us know and we can arrange for your instructions to be passed on to the delivery provider. 

Australia Shipping

International Orders

International orders can take up to 14 days  (provided it doesn’t get stopped by customs.) Please by aware that every country has different  customs laws and your package may incur additional charges while in transit.*

There are some countries we do not ship to, please get in touch at info@infinitedefinite.com if you have any shipping queries.

*Infinite Definite is not responsible for any charges incurred once the package has left our store

 

Pick up in Store:

Any orders placed inside Christchurch have the option of an in store pick up. Simply choose the 'Pick up in Store' shipping method at checkout.

Please wait for a second confirmation email from our staff to let you know your order is ready to be collected in store. You will have 5 working days to collect your items in store. After that time, you will be notified, your order will be refunded and product placed back into stock.

 

RETURNS

In Store Returns:

Returns must be made within 7 days of your in store purchase.

Items must be returned in brand new/unworn condition with tags attached.

We will happily accept the return of items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the correct size if available. Alternatively if the correct size is not available we will provide you with a store credit that can be used at any time.

We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, sale items, special orders (items ordered in specifically for you that were not in stock) or faulty items (anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier).

All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for refund or credit. This includes any discounts gained from promotional codes and or vouchers, in store and or online sales, flash sales or any other form of discount

Sorry no refunds on change of mind after purchasing in store.



Online Returns:

If you want to return your online purchase, please fire us an email at info@infinitedefinite.com first and we'll log your return before you send it back!

Returns must be sent back with tracking, within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in brand new/unworn condition with tags attached.

We will happily accept returns of items purchased online, for any reason including change of mind. You can choose from either an exchange, store credit or refund. 

However we do not accept online returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, sale or discounted items, special orders (items ordered in specifically for you that were not in stock) or faulty items (anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier).

Once we have received your return it may take us a couple of days to process it, please bear with us and we'll be in touch as soon as we can!


Pre-Order Returns:

If you want to return an item you pre-ordered online and have since received, please email us first so we can confirm the return before you send anything back. 

Pre-Order returns must be sent back with tracking, within 7 days of receiving your order.

Sale & Faulty Products


Sale Items:

Sorry, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items either from purchases made in store or online.

Faulty Items:

If an item is faulty it will be sent to the supplier by us for inspection. Where required the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of the supplier.
