Our packages require signature on delivery. Any changes to signature on delivery requirements made by you with couriers are at your own risk and we will not be able to accept liability for packages lost or stolen in this instance.

Please be aware that international rates are calculated on weight and volume. Relevant shipping rates for the weight/volume of goods will be shown at checkout once items are added to cart.

International orders can take up to 14 days (provided it doesn't get stopped by customs). Please be aware that every country has different customs laws and your package may incur additional charges while in transit.
