Our packages require signature on delivery. Any changes to signature on delivery requirements made by you with couriers are at your own risk and we will not be able to accept liability for packages lost or stolen in this instance.

Please be aware that international rates are calculated on weight and volume. Relevant shipping rates for the weight/volume of goods will be shown at checkout once items are added to cart.

International orders can take up to 14 days (provided it doesn't get stopped by customs). Please be aware that every country has different customs laws and your package may incur additional charges while in transit. Finished with a stay black formula, that will last through 30 home washes for the blackest of black jeans. Subtle details include Neuw's infamous repair stitch detailing plus fob ring.

Care:
Wear for as long as possible before first wash. Turn inside out and cold wash in mild detergent. Wash with similar colours. Remove immediately after washing. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach or soak. Jeans do not like to be ironed. Do not dry clean. Jeans fade with wear and wash. Dark colours may transfer and holes will get bigger...take care and be aware.
