Levitate Mascara

Indigo & Iris Levitate Mascara

levitate is a vegan and cruelty-free mascara made with love in Italy.

An epic, lengthening, super-black mascara.
It is hydrating and nourishing with a touch of coconut oil.
It will lengthen your lashes, defining and separating them out for a beautiful natural look. Or you can keep building for that bold lash look. The buildability of levitate is one of its coolest features - one coat is flattering and natural and the more you add the bolder your lashes become without ever looking spidery or weird. It is a super black and hydrating formula that comes off easily with makeup remover or a cleanser but doesn’t come off during the day.

A feature just as cool is that with levitate mascara you are making a difference! 50% of all profits are donated to curing avoidable blindness in the Pacific Islands through The Fred Hollows Foundation. For Indigo & Iris, donating 50% of their profits is not a marketing technique. The reason they started Indigo & Iris was not because they really love makeup (although they do), it was not to make a shit load of money, it was because they really want to make a positive impact in the world.

As a complete no-brainer all unnecessary ingredients have been left out - no animal testing and no animal ingredients. But all the goodies locked in - coconut oil and other ingredients that ensure your mascara is safe to use near your eyes and keep it perfect all day long.

water, coconut oil, iron oxides, glyceryl stearate, synthetic beeswax, polyvinylpyrrolidone, palmitic acid, carnauba wax, stearic acid, tribehenin, glycerin, silica, aminomethyl, phenoxyethanol, sodium dehydroacetate, hydroxyethylcellulose, disodium edta, ethylhexylglycerin.

More about The Fred Hollows Foundation:
The Fred Hollows Foundation NZ is an incredible organisation that works throughout the Pacific Islands providing healthcare to visually impaired Pacific Islanders. In the Pacific Islands four out of five people who are blind don’t need to be and a sight restoring surgery can cost as little as $25nzd. We love The Fred Hollows Foundation because of their sustainable approach to development. For example all the healthcare professionals doing the work are Pacific Islanders - it makes a huge difference when the doctor guiding your procedure understands your culture and language. Also everyone sees the value in having your sight restored and the massive impact it can have on someone's life, it is not just your sight you gain back but also your independence.

Rad stuff only.
