Six Barrel Soda Co. Hibiscus Soda Syrup 500ml
Six Barrel Soda's hibiscus is a floral plummy original number. They use organic hibiscus flowers for a deep red colour and a rich floral and stone fruit flavour. Hibiscus is a popular flavour for drinks in the Caribbean and Central America.
Try it with a wedge of lime, with sparkling wine or in tequila or rum drinks.

How to use:
Six Barrel Soda syrups are made to be mixed with soda water. Any soda water works, you can use your own carbonator, bottled soda or sparkling water, a soda tap or soda gun.
Mix the syrups 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda water (usually 30mL syrup to 150mL soda water is good). You can make them stronger or weaker if you prefer too. Don't be afraid to get creative with fun garnish and toppings!
Hibiscus & Tamarillo Margarita
Ingredients:
- Hibiscus Syrup 30mL
- Half a Tamarillo
- Lime Juice 20mL
- Tequila 40mL
Method:
In a mixing glass crush the tamarillo, add our Hibiscus syrup, Tequila and lime juice, add ice shake very well and garnish with a salt & hibiscus rim, or a slice of tamarillo.
